Please do not arrive without booking an appointment first and receiving confirmation: 
You must receive a separate (not the shopping cart confirmation of order) email confirmation 
for your session to be considered booked, this email will be specifically worded as follows: "Your session on Month-day-time is confirmed"

Our Training Centre operates year round and is open by appointment ONLY. This means that we are there when you need us to be. We have NO SET HOURS, our instructors are there for you when you require!

It is advisable to book well in advance.

To book a session, the best method is to SEND US AN EMAIL with your request for days and times. Providing us with a couple of alternate dates is also a good idea. Once you have determined the days and times you want to come are available, you will need to signup online or by faxing us an application. You can also request the days and times when you signup in the 'notes' field. 

You may also contact us by phone, but email is a better option and will be replied to quicker.

All bookings must be secured and/or prepaid with a Visa, MasterCard or AmEx. 
We cannot confirm a booking without prepayment. 

BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Review our online 'Availability Chart (above) and select your session times. 

2. Review our package and price offering chart

3. Proceed to our online shopping cart and place an order for the package or session of your choice. 

4. Be sure to fill in the requested date and time section on the order form. 

5. Check your email inbox for our 'Session Confirmation' email. 

Please note, you will receive order and processing confirmations, before the actual 'Session Conformation'. 
Be sure you have an email that welcomes you and confirms your session date and time. 

Should you not see the 'Session Confirmation email within 48 hours, please send us a follow up message to confirm you are booked.

LOCATION
London Ice Park (formerly Brookside Arena). This location is centrally located at Adelaide and Thompson Road and is very convenient for the majority of our customers.  

London Ice Park is easily accessible from the 401 and Wellington Road or Highbury Avenue making it very easy for our out of town students to get to. The rink is located at 99 Brookside St., which is one block West of Adelaide and less than 1 block North off Thompson Road on the West side of Brookside St.  

Once in the arena, the Training Centre is located on the South Rink side, in the far (back) right hand corner just past the players benches. You'll see our signs and newly constructed area that has been walled off to create a more private environment for your training. 

We have constructed our own private change area that is large enough for several goalies to change in at once.

You may arrive before your instructor, if so, please go to the front desk and provide them with your last name and tell them you have a Puckstoppers session. They will provide you with a key to the Training Centre, the dressing room is immediately on your left behind the blue curtain. Please proceed to dress and your instructor will arrive before the start time.

CANCELLATION & 'NO SHOW' POLICY

We have seen an escalating and substantial increase in late cancellations, no shows and a general lack of consideration for our time, which we consider to be life’s most valuable resource.

Our business is based on billable time and when someone cancels (or worse, 'no shows'), last minute, we are usually left with a ‘hole’ in our schedule, which costs us income. We cannot alter our schedule without 48 hour (or more) notice because we are still required to pay an instructor for his time.

We are busy, and usually fully booked, turning away customers who want time slots that are already booked. Unfortunately when someone cancels late, the people that originally wanted and would have taken the opening, have usually made other plans. This means that a student loses out on an opportunity to attend a desired day and time.

Bearing all of this in mind, our cancellation policy, which will be strictly adhered to, is as follows.

• ANY cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at full price or deducted from a paid package

• The only exception will be when a student is sick and can provide a doctors note to verify this. However this option is only available once per calendar year.
