While the goalie rental
business took off quite quickly, I soon realized that there was a real
void in the market for a solid reputable goalie school where the instructors
were caring, mature, experienced adults who took great pride in their
instruction and were thrilled to see their students achieve, improve and
succeed. Thus our Goaltending Schools and Goaltender Training Centre were
born and started us on this amazing ride that has allowed us to travel
the United States and Europe, to present our now, world renowned programs. We are now recognized as one of the leaders in our field and this has been a blessing to our company, it's employees and myself. I have been fortunate to have met, worked with and been involved with some of the biggest names in the sport, all because of a dream to make kids better goalies and to stay involved in the game I love. Being invited to Wayne Gretzky's inauguration into the Hockey Hall of Fame, being invited to the NHL awards and sitting with the best in the game, having lunch with Dominik Hasek, having 7 time Stanley Cup champion Bryan Trottier over to my home for a weekend BBQ and playing summer hockey with Jeff Hackett are only a few of my fondest memories. I thank God for allowing me to have been blessed and to do something that I truly love. Puckstoppers is my company and I am personally involved with every aspect of the business. I do my very best to ensure that no detail is overlooked. it is this attention to detail that has set us apart from so many other schools, goaltending equipment stores and goalie websites. Puckstoppers is known as THE place on the Web for goalies to receive expert training, advice, service and selection.

My
name is Chris Dyson, President of Puckstoppers, please allow me to personally
welcome you to our website.. As a goaltender myself, back in 1988 I recognized
that there was a huge demand for properly trained goalies. Growing up as
a hockey fanatic I wanted to learn all I could about playing goal and the
sport of hockey, so despite all of my medical challenges as a child, when
I decide to turn my passion into a part time business, it wasn't a surprise
to anyone who knew me. We started out by renting goalies for adult pick
up and league games and to this day, we still operate this segment of our
business. 
Our
revamped website will quickly grow to become a recognized force for goalies
from all over the globe to find whatever it is they need or desire. Our
resources and expertise will be available 24 hours a day to help coaches,
goalies and their parents better enjoy and enhance their game and learn
more about this great position that is simply the best in all sports!
