World Renowned Goaltending Schools > High Intensity

THIS PROGRAM SELLS OUT VERY EARLY, DON'T WAIT TO SIGN UP, OR YOU WILL MISS OUT.

This Sunday to Thursday course covers all the fundamentals and many advanced techniques. Students will benefit from the on ice sessions, classroom discussions in addition to an excellent dryland preparation program, including many innovative and enjoyable drills.

The program takes training to the next level and involves more game situations, faster paced action and much more intense drills than the 'Essentials' course. 

While our goal is NOT to work a student to exhaustion, we do push them very hard with the intention of stretching their comfort zone and taking them to new heights of mental and physical conditioning. We nurture and instruct students through the intricacies of their movements and motions. Students completing this program become much more resistant to outside influence, late game fatigue and see a marked improvement in their focus and mental toughness. 

We do caution younger goaltenders that this program is very physically demanding and may be too strenuous, it is recommended only for very serious, focused and committed competitive goalies or those with several years of experience.

We suggest students who are not 100% sure that they are ready for this program, consider the Intensity Prep (IP) course. This program combines some of the more demanding and high paced drills of Intensity with the Essentials offering. . 

This course is best combined with our 'Personal Guru' program for the complete and ultimate in goaltender training.

  • One goaltending instructor for every three students
  • Only 4 Goaltenders per on ice station Sunday to Tuesday
  • 2 Instructors per station Wednesday & Thursday
  • 24-page student workbook that will be completed during the week and will become a training guide
  • More game type situational drills that allow our instructors to better evaluate 
  • Skilled shooters include 'AA' or higher players

  • Wednesday night we invite everyone to join us for dinner, drinks and socializing at our 'Meet & Greet' dinner event. Everyone should plan on attending this fun evening that has become one of the highlights of our week, for students and parents. The buffet dinner is a big hit with everyone and all of our instructors are on hand to answer questions and offer advice to parents.
