ON
ICE ONE ON ONE Training
For years
we have helped many goalies advance to higher levels of play and refine
their technical play through one on one sessions at our Year Round
Training Centre, but there has always been a need to extend these
sessions and offer on ice personal training, but the cost was always
prohibitive.
Now, we are
finally able to offer one on one personal training sessions ON ICE
through our hockey training program PTK
Hockey International.
- Work
one on one ON ICE with one of our professional instructors
- Superior
shooters
- Game
like situations that must be taught on ice
- Discussion
time during drills
- Very
limited space, you MUST QUALIFY to attend.
- Maximum
two goalies per session
- Minimum ages as noted
**must be willing and able to challenge shooters
of OHL calibre

and able to compete against Novice to Atom shooters

must be willing and able to compete against Atom through Midget shooters
- Professional
instruction, tailored to your style and needs.
- Only
available on selected days and times, but offered Year Round

available to Puckstoppers students who have attended regular one on
one training sessions at our Training Centre
SPRING
OPTIONS & COSTS
- Spring
sessions run April through end of June on the dates noted below

Cost per session - minimum 1 hour ice time
(Often longer at NO additional Cost)
SUMMER
OPTIONS & COSTS
- Summer sessions run July through end of
August on the dates noted below
- $69
Cost per individual session - minimum of 1 hour ice time.
Goalies can book single ice times from the list below (no minimum
requirement).
- $289 for 5 one hour ice times in
a week - Monday through Friday
- Including an optional 30 minutes of pre
ice stretching & instruction AND 1 hour of office conditioning
training after the ice session. FREE with the $275 weekly
package.
- FALL
OPTIONS & COSTS
- Fall sessions run in September on the dates noted below

WINTER
