Puckstoppers ‘Partners’ Program

Puckstoppers is actively looking to expand our goal school locations but we can’t do it all by ourselves. We are looking for ‘Partners’ in local hockey markets, who have an interest in assisting us to establish a top quality school in your area. This is a position paid on a commission based structure.

As a result of our commitment to excellence we do not contract our name or operate our schools without full attendance by our qualified staff. Because of this commitment to excellence we require the assistance of a committed local hockey minded person to establish new locations. These ‘Partners’ MUST possess knowledge of the local hockey market, good communication lines with local venues, ties to the local minor hockey programs is an asset but not mandatory. A willingness to succeed is a must.

The basic responsibilities of our ‘Partners’ are as follows:

Posting of flyers and posters in all required locations and general marketing
Act as a liaison with local arena, accommodations, travel etc.
Promotion to local hockey market
Media contact
General ‘legwork’ in the community
Puckstoppers believes in rewarding people for their efforts and as we do in our schools, reward is based entirely on effort in our 'Partners' Program. The program is based on a 3-year commitment and remuneration is based on the number of students attending the school.

Please contact us for additional information on our 'Partners' Program if you have interest in bringing our school to your location. We will be pleased to discuss all of the options and possibilities, plus remuneration information, if you provide us with the following information:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please submit to <cdyson@wwdc.com>:

  • Your name
  • Age
  • Local hockey connection (board position, employment, parent, etc.)
  • Time involved with local hockey
  • Size of your local hockey market (approximate number of players, all ages)
  • We strongly suggest that you contact your local arena and discuss the availability of ice time and cost, for the summer of NEXT YEAR, prior to contacting us.
  • Local school board summer holiday dates
  • Puckstoppers will only consider locations with a large enough hockey base to support a school of a minimum of 30 goaltenders and 10 shooters.
  • To properly and professionally establish a new location, we require a minimum of 6 months planning and preparation; therefore to establish a summer school, we must have commitment from all parties (arena, Partner, Puckstoppers) prior to the end of the calendar year.
  • We look forward to meeting hockey people from all places and discussing the possibility of bringing our world renowned school to new locations.

Sincerely,

Chris Dyson
President, Puckstoppers
