• We suggest 1st time visitors book a 1 hour session for a complete evaluation and consultation
  
• Many of our regular customers use ONE of the 10 session package for an on ice game evaluation. One of our instructors will come out and evaluate your play at an actual game. This provides better insight for further training and suggestions. These on ice game evaluations should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
  
• You may arrive before your instructor, if so, please go to the front desk and provide them with your last name and tell them you have a Puckstoppers session. They will provide you with a key to the Training Centre, the dressing room is immediately on your left behind the blue curtain. Please proceed to dress and your instructor will arrive before the start time.
  
  >Price of this session is only available to first time customers and may not be combined with any other special. We have already factored in the 1/2 price promotional price into the cost of this option. 
  
  TRAINING CENTRE POLICIES - Please read before attending
  
  * Multi session discount available, when paid for in advance. 
  * Sessions do NOT have to be booked at time of payment.
  * Multi session payments are non refundable, however they are valid until used and never expire.
  * Payments for Training Centre sessions are not transferable to any other Puckstoppers program
  * Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at full cost
  * No spectators allowed (except parents)
  * All bookings must be prepaid or booked with a credit card
  * Please do not ‘coach’ from the sidelines
  * Time booked is time paid for (i.e. lateness is deducted from session time)
  * Only qualified instructors to operate puck machine or shoot pucks
  * Visitors must stay behind puck machine at all times during instruction
  * Please stay OFF the synthetic ice surface unless wearing skates
  * Please arrive no more than 20 minutes prior to session time. Sessions are intended to be private, arriving early or staying afterward can disrupt the other sessions, spectators are not welcome. 
  * Picking up pucks after each session is greatly appreciated
  * Please stretch PRIOR to the start time of your session
  * Gift Certificates available
  * Goaltenders, please do not shoot pucks toward machine, put them in the net

CANCELLATION & 'NO SHOW' POLICY

We have seen an escalating and substantial increase in late cancellations, no shows and a general lack of consideration for our time, which we consider to be life’s most valuable resource.

Our business is based on billable time and when someone cancels (or worse, 'no shows'), last minute, we are usually left with a ‘hole’ in our schedule, which costs us income. We cannot alter our schedule without 48 hour (or more) notice because we are still required to pay an instructor for his time.

We are busy, and usually fully booked, turning away customers who want time slots that are already booked. Unfortunately when someone cancels late, the people that originally wanted and would have taken the opening, have usually made other plans. This means that a student loses out on an opportunity to attend a desired day and time.

Bearing all of this in mind, our cancellation policy, which will be strictly adhered to, is as follows.

• ANY cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at full price or deducted from a paid package

• The only exception will be when a student is sick and can provide a doctors note to verify this. However this option is only available once per calendar year.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Review our online 'Availability Chart' and select your session times. 

2. Review our package and price offering chart (above)

3. Proceed to our online shopping cart and place an order for the package or session of your choice. 

4. Be sure to fill in the requested date and time section on the order form. 

5. Check your email inbox for our 'Session Confirmation' email. 

Please note, you will receive order and processing confirmations, before the actual 'Session Conformation'. 
Be sure you have an email that welcomes you and confirms your session date and time. 

Should you not see the 'Session Confirmation email within 48 hours, please send us a follow up message to confirm you are booked. 

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS, HOURS OF OPERATION

Our Training Center operates year round and is open by appointment ONLY. This means that we are there when you need us to be. We have NO SET HOURS, our instructors are there for you when you require!

Please do not arrive without booking an appointment first.
Sorry, spectators are not welcome.

It is advisable to book several days in advance.

To book a session, the best method is to SEND US AN EMAIL with your request for days and times. Providing us with a couple of alternate dates is also a good idea. You may also contact us by phone, but email is a better option and will be replied to quicker.
