Chris is available at every program and has personally coached literally thousands of goaltenders from around the world. Dylan Hoover

One of the most talented goalies to ever come through the Puckstoppers program, Dylan played at the Junior level and was an outstanding prospect. Now one of our Head Instructors, his enthusiasm and outgoing personality make him a favourite with every student.
Marc Verlinden
1996
One of our Head Instructors and European representative. Marc is also a former Premier Division goaltender in Europe and currently Executive Director of the Royal Belgian Hockey Federation with direct ties to the IIHF. Exceptionally knowledgable in all aspects of the game.
Lauren Dubie
2004
A Puckstoppers student success story! She excelled at every level and was as determined a student as we have ever seen. Along the way, she developed a keen understanding of the game and coaching techniques. Now one of our most valued instructors with a ’no nonsense’ approach that garners excellent results. Lauren is also having great success as the starting goalie for York University in the OUA where she studies phycology.
Gerry Ellison

Gerry has experienced great success as a Head Coach and Goaltending Coach from minor hockey to Junior. Coach of the Year, Runner Up, for all of London in 1996. He instantly makes an impression on students and quickly garners their attention with his impressive knowledge, quick wit and enthusiasm. Gerry has travelled with Puckstoppers to many varied locations as one of our Head Instructors.
Dave Wister
1996
Dave is a skilled teacher and goaltender with years of experience between the pipes. One of the most technical instructors on our roster, Dave is especially talented at teaching our younger students and connects very well with every student he interacts with.
Craig Addy
1988
One of the most astute students of the game, ever. Craig’s endless knowledge of equipment, positional play and his personable nature make him a great asset to our Schools. Craig has been a mainstay at our schools since inception and his experience is invaluable. Ask him a pro hockey trivia question, his knowledge in this area is amazing.
Haili Gibbs
2009
Haili is a talented goaltender with several achievements to her name, including a Ontario Women's Hockey Association Provincial championship. She is soft spoken, but has a very impressive understanding of the game and connects very well with students. Haili currently attends the University of Ottawa.
Sebastian Malette
2008
After 4 years away from the game he returned to Puckstoppers in 2017, as a student and instructor, preparing to tryout for the University of Cincinnati (ACHA). He not only made the team as the starter, but led the league in most statistical categories through the season. A testament to his willingness to being coachable and having an impressive ability to learn quickly.
Stephen Price
2007
With almost 30 years coaching experience Stephen loves the challenges and rewards that come from helping children reach their goals on and off the ice. A full-time teacher, qualified to teach Elementary and High School he continues to work with and serve as a catalyst in the development of young minds. Stephen was awarded the Ed Armstrong Scholarship award for athletic performance, scholastic achievement and character.
Joni Hallikainen
1998
Joni attended the Puckstoppers High Intensity camp (from Finland) and on a whim decided to attend an Ontario Junior tryout the following week. He made the team and this launched an incredible career with 2 Finnish Elite championships, a playoff MVP award and a long career in Pro hockey as an elite goaltender and subsequently as a Goaltending Consultant.
Timmy Claeys
1996
TC played for his country on the National team and was awarded the 'Best Goaltender' award in the IIHF championships. Timmy now owns his own amazing gym facility and sports nutrition business in Belgium and is an incredible all round athlete.
Ted Monnich
2000
Ted has been involved with goaltending for over 40 years, at all levels including working with NHL, ECHL, AHL and many other professional teams in various capacity. He is a fully accredited Sports Psychologist and Mental Skills coach with an incredible knack for communicating and connecting to his students.
Yona Fioravanti
1992
Yona is a seasoned professional goaltending Consultant and has worked with students from various countries. He has a very unique coaching style and immediately connects with his students. Always the opportunist, he was an emergency replacement goaltender for the Rochester Americans of the A.H.L. in 1996.
Jukka Ropponen
1992
Jukka was instrumental in the development of our early programs before returning to Finland where he currently operates world leading goalie resource, GoaliePro. He has served as a Goaltending Consultant & Coach all over the globe, including many pro teams. We are grateful to Jukka for his contribution to Puckstoppers and the advancement of goaltending techniques worldwide.
Jamie Dyson
1989
Jamie has developed a keen sense of scoring goals as a forward, but is also very adept in assisting goaltenders as he is very astute in his knowledge of the position and it's mechanics. Jamie is responsible for managing our shooters during schools and helps with training goaltenders at our Training Centre and during our schools.
Alain Lemieux
2006
From his success as an NHL forward, to his development of youth instructional programs, he has lived the sport and contributed in a large part to the desire and achievement of thousands of children who seek to emulate his skill. The oldest brother of Hall of Fame Superstar Mario Lemieux, Alain’s interest and participation in hockey initiated a passion for the sport that became his families life, and he went on to set impressive records at a young age; a few remain unbroken to this day.
Rob Schremp

Rob is a first round draft pick of the Edmonton Oilers, Memorial Cup Champion with the 2004/05 London Knights, Leading Scorer in the OHL 2005/06, 3rd fastest player ever to reach 100 points an OHL season (37 games), star player for Team USA in the world Juniors and widely recognized as having one of the deadliest shots and quickest releases in all of hockey.
Mark Mancari

A standout defencemen with the OHA's Ottawa 67's and drafted into the NHL in 2004, Mark is great with the kids and effectively communicates the skills required for proper shooting techniques. His insight into the game and professional manner are well beyond his years. Mark had a hugely successful first year in pro with the Rochester Americans.
Ryan Dyson

Ryan handles much of the Puckstoppers digital content such as website, artwork, social media, and more, as well as being a strong asset on the ice during the weeks of our camps with his years of experience playing high levels of hockey.
Christina Dyson
1988
Christina keeps the guys in line throughout the week and is responsible for keeping much of the paperwork on track. Since she has grown up with the school she is aware of all the working of the programs and is available to answer questions throughout the week and her organizational skills are a valuable asset to everyone involved.
Wendy Dyson
1988
Wendy is the mother bear of Puckstoppers, offering assistance in all areas leading up, and during our camps. She ensures the instructors are taken care of and assists with many off-ice duties.
